A program to promote food culture was held at the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat on 21.08.2026. This program, which was conducted under the patronage of veteran chef Dr. Pabilis Silva, was organized by the Cultural Council of the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat. Ratmalana Divisional Secretary Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola and Assistant Divisional Secretary Mrs. Prabha Sri Madhurangi also participated in this program.
