The Regional Literary Competition Prizes and Certificates Presentation Ceremony was held on 12/12/2025 at the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat Auditorium under the patronage of the Chairperson of the Ratmalana Regional Coordination Committee, Member of Parliament, Mrs. Samanmali Gunasinghe, with the participation of the Ratmalana Divisional Secretary, Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, and the Ratmalana Assistant Divisional Secretary, Mrs. Prabha Sri Madurangi, along with the Divisional Secretariat staff. A large number of people including the Chairman of the Ratmalana Cultural Council, Professor Kamal Walegoda, members of the Council, winning children, artists, parents, etc. also participated in this event...
