The Japanese Foreign Employment Promotion Program organized by the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat on the instructions of the Colombo District Secretariat was held at the Lalith Athulathmudali Vocational Training Institute, Ratmalana on 2026-03-07 at 11.00 a.m. This program was organized under the guidance of the Ratmalana Divisional Secretary, Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, and the program was conducted by Dr. Priyantha Perera. This program was organized under the supervision of the Administrative Grama Niladhari of the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat, Mrs. S.M.S. Deepthi. This program was held with the participation of about 150 beneficiaries including Youth Services Officer, Mr. Hemachandra, Foreign Employment Development Officer, Mrs. Chandimala, Skill Development Officer, Mr. Weerasinghe.
