On the instructions of the Divisional Secretary of the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat, Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, under the supervision of the Assistant Divisional Secretary, Deputy Director, Samurdhi Manager and under the guidance of the Deputy Director, Planning Jayasekara, the Kurakkan Kenda Dansala was held on 2026/05/27 at the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat premises with the cooperation of all the officers of the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat. Under the guidance and instructions of Ratmalana Divisional Secretary Mrs. Dilrukshi Walpola, an ice cream festival was held in front of the Ratmalana Divisional Secretariat on 07.06.2026 by a group of preschool teachers led by Early Childhood Officer Mr. Bhagya.
